30 Days of Instagram

August 10 to September 8, 2026 · prepared for Dr. Pollyanna Chávez

Thirty pieces, one a day, all filmed on your phone. Batch-film a week at a time, about an hour each.

How to run each one. Say the hook word for word straight into the lens. The script underneath is a through-line, not a teleprompter: read it twice, then say it in your own words. Close with the CTA as written, and post the caption as written. Roughly 30 to 45 seconds each. The Thursday talking-head pieces can run longer.

Four are marked YOUR STORY. Those four are yours to answer, see the note at the end. The other twenty six are ready to film now.

Week 1

Monday 8/10Attract
Hook

Two coaches finish the exact same training. One walks into their next session ready. The other still hesitates.

Script

The training was identical. What wasn't identical was how many real sessions each of them had already sat through before that training even started. Training tells you what to do. Sessions are the only thing that shows you you can actually do it when a real person is sitting there. Most coaches spend years building the first one and almost none of the second.

CTA

Follow for more on how that second one gets built.

Caption

Two coaches finish the same training and walk into their next session with completely different levels of readiness. This is for the coach who's noticed the distance between finishing a course and actually trusting yourself in front of a client.

The question this one answers

Was there a certification you completed and still didn't feel ready to use with a real client right after?

Wednesday 8/12Attract
Hook

A client says something you had zero plan for. For one second, nothing in your head is reachable.

Script

Not panic. Just blank. Every technique you actually know is technically still there. None of it feels available in that exact second. You say something anyway. The session moves on. Nobody watching would ever know that second happened.

CTA

Follow if you know that exact second.

Caption

That blank second right after a client says the thing you never prepared for happens to almost every coach. It just never comes up at trainings.

#WorkingWithDifficultClients#TherapistSkills#SessionSkills#CoachingConsistency

Thursday 8/13Position
Hook

Technically skilled and still getting random results from client to client.

Script

A coach knows the technique cold, runs it well, and can't explain why it worked beautifully last week and did nothing this week. That's not a skill problem. It's a precision problem, knowing exactly which tool the moment calls for instead of reaching for whatever's familiar. Every result I get with a client comes from that precision, not from running more technique, from knowing which one the moment is asking for.

CTA

Follow along as we go deeper into this.

Caption

Being technically skilled and still getting inconsistent results is one of the most common and least talked about problems in this field.

Friday 8/14Attract
Hook

Thursday, your client is glowing. By Tuesday, they're describing the exact same problem like Thursday never happened.

Script

They weren't lying about how they felt walking out. The feeling was real. But feeling different and doing anything differently are two separate results, and the session only produced the first one.

CTA

Follow if your clients have ever done that exact round trip.

Caption

A client who's glowing on Thursday and back to the same problem by Tuesday is one of the most common patterns in this work.

Sunday 8/16Attract
Hook

Listen to your last five sessions back. Count how many times a client described what they wanted to escape versus what they actually wanted instead.

Script

Away shows up constantly. Toward almost never does on its own. Clients default to naming the exit because describing an actual destination takes more from them than complaining about the problem does.

CTA

Follow if you've noticed that same imbalance in your own sessions.

Caption

Clients will describe what they want to escape all day long and almost never say, unprompted, where they'd rather end up instead.

#NLPCoaching#ClientFocusedCoaching#SessionGoals#CoachingDirection

Week 2

Monday 8/17Attract
Hook

You can spot the difference between good and experienced within the first thirty seconds of watching someone work.

Script

Experienced looks busy, like there's a lot happening. Good looks almost quiet, like nothing needs to be proven. Most training in this field produces the first one. Almost none of it produces the second.

CTA

Follow if quiet is the version you're actually aiming for.

Caption

There's a real difference between a coach who looks busy and one who looks quiet in session, and quiet is usually the harder one to build.

Tuesday 8/18Nurture
The question this one answers

Can you remember the first time a client said something that completely froze you mid session, and what you actually did next?

Wednesday 8/19Attract
Hook

There's a certificate on your wall for a skill you still don't fully trust yourself to use.

Script

You passed the coursework. You could explain the concept back perfectly on a test. And there's a specific kind of session you still quietly avoid, because passing the exam and trusting yourself live turned out to be two different things.

CTA

Follow if that certificate is sitting there doing exactly that.

Caption

Somewhere on most coaches' walls is a certificate for a skill they still don't fully trust themselves to use with a real client.

#CertifiedButNotConfident#TherapistImposterSyndrome#CoachingConfidence#SessionSkills

Thursday 8/20Position
Hook

The certificate tested what you know. It never tested what happens with a real client.

Script

You can explain a concept back perfectly and still freeze the second a session doesn't go the way the material described. That's the actual gap, not a knowledge gap, the gap between passing an exam and holding your ground live. No certificate closes that, because it was never built to. Every result I get with a client comes from having closed that exact gap myself, one real session at a time.

CTA

Follow for more on where real confidence actually comes from.

Caption

Certified but not confident is one of the most common things coaches carry quietly, and it's worth naming directly.

Friday 8/21Attract

With one type of client you nail it every single time. With another, you're basically guessing and hoping it lands.

Script

Same training. Same tools sitting in the same toolbox. Your actual results depend a lot more on who walked in the door than on anything you did.

CTA

Follow if your results shift that much depending on the client.

Caption

Same training, same tools, and results that still swing hard depending on who happens to walk in the door that day.

Sunday 8/23Attract
Hook

Watch two coaches run the exact same technique word for word. One of them is clearly better at it, and it's not about the words.

Script

It's about what they do the instant the client's response doesn't match what the technique expected. One adjusts without missing a beat. The other keeps reciting the script anyway.

CTA

Follow if you've watched that exact difference play out.

Caption

Two coaches running the same technique can look completely different in skill the moment a client's response doesn't match the script.

#CoachingSkills#AdvancedCoaching#SessionSkills#TherapistLife

Week 3

Monday 8/24Attract
Hook

You could teach this technique perfectly in a training room and still hesitate to run it live on a stranger.

Script

In a training room the client is a colleague who wants it to go well. A stranger has no such agreement with you. Everyone assumes that if you know the technique you are ready for both, and the two are not the same room.

CTA

Follow if that hesitation sounds familiar.

Caption

Running a technique on a willing colleague and running it on a stranger who owes you nothing are two different rooms.

The question this one answers

Was there a moment you realized a certificate wasn't going to solve the actual problem you had in session, and what made you realize it?

Wednesday 8/26Attract
Hook

A client asks why the technique worked, and the answer you give sounds better than it actually explains.

Script

You say something about the subconscious, or letting go, and it lands fine in the moment. You know, and they probably sense, that the real explanation underneath it is more specific than what you just said.

CTA

Follow if you've given that exact answer before.

Thursday 8/27Position

One more certificate was never going to fix what's actually inconsistent about your sessions.

Script

Coaches keep adding credentials hoping the next one finally makes their sessions land every time, and nothing changes. Inconsistency is almost never about what you know. It is about not knowing, before you open your mouth, where this particular session needs to end up. No transcript shows that, and a real client exposes it in about four minutes. Every result I get comes from closing that specific gap, and it's exactly the thing our classes are built around, not more paperwork, the thing paperwork was never going to teach.

CTA

Follow for more on what actually changes it.

Caption

Chasing one more certificate rarely fixes what's actually inconsistent about a session, and it deserves to be named plainly.

#CoachingConsistency#ClientResults#TherapistLife#CoachingSkillGap

Friday 8/28Attract
Hook

A client can spend an entire session listing everything wrong with their life and never once say where they'd rather be.

Script

You notice it happening in real time. You let it happen anyway, because redirecting mid vent feels like cutting them off. So the session ends with a longer list of problems and the same blank space where a destination should be.

CTA

Follow if you've let a session end exactly like that.

Caption

A client can spend a full session on what's wrong and never once name where they'd rather be, and most sessions just let that happen.

You have the certification. You still Google things before certain sessions.

Script

Not because you forgot the material. Because the material never covered the exact situation currently sitting across from you, and the paper on your wall doesn't help with that particular problem.

CTA

Follow if you've quietly Googled before a session you were technically qualified for.

Caption

Being fully certified and still quietly Googling before a specific session happens more in this field than the credential suggests it should.

Week 4

Monday 8/31Attract
Hook

If you had to run this technique right now, cold, on someone new, would you actually feel ready, or would you just say yes?

Script

There's a difference between those two answers, and most coaches quietly know which one is true for them in any given moment. Reps are the only thing that ever moves the honest answer from one to the other. Not more reading. Reps.

CTA

Follow for more on what actually moves that answer.

Caption

Would you feel ready to run a technique cold on someone new, or would you just say yes and figure it out. That answer is worth being honest about.

Was there a point where you were getting real results with clients and still undercharging for it, and what finally changed your mind?

Wednesday 9/2Attract
Hook

Ask most coaches how they got a great result last month, and half the honest answers start with "I'm actually not totally sure."

Script

It worked. It clearly worked. Ask them to do the exact same thing tomorrow with a different person, and there's a real hesitation before they answer.

CTA

Follow if that hesitation sounds familiar.

Thursday 9/3Position
Hook

You've watched your own work change someone and still price it like you're not sure it will.

Script

That hesitation isn't about the market. Clients pay premium prices in this field constantly when the work holds up. It's about not yet trusting your own results enough to stand fully behind the number. Every result I get with a client comes from that trust already being solid, built the same way it gets built for anyone, one session at a time until the doubt runs out.

CTA

Follow for more on what that hesitation is actually about.

Undercharging for work you've watched actually transform someone is one of the most common patterns in this field.

If an explanation for why something works only holds up on people who already believe in it, that's not really an explanation.

Script

It's a hope wearing the costume of an explanation. A real mechanism holds up whether or not the client bought into it beforehand, and most explanations floating around this field don't survive that test.

CTA

Follow if you've been handed that kind of explanation before.

The client with the huge breakthrough on Thursday is back to the old pattern by the following week, and you both just quietly call it a normal dip.

Neither of you names the obvious thing. That something about the breakthrough didn't hold, and you're both hoping it holds better the next time around.

Week 5

Monday 9/7Attract
Hook

You've watched real transformation happen with your own eyes more than once, and you're still not charging what that's worth.

Script

The number on your invoice doesn't reflect what you just watched happen in that room. The distance between what you deliver and what you charge for it is one of the most common patterns in this work.

CTA

Follow if that distance sounds familiar.

Watching real transformation happen and still underpricing the invoice for it is one of the widest patterns in this field.

"I just want this feeling to stop" is one of the most common sentences in this entire field, and it's not a direction.

Script

It's an exit. Clients reach for it constantly because naming what's wrong is easy and naming what they actually want instead requires something most sessions never ask them to do.

CTA

Follow if you've heard a hundred versions of that exact sentence.

"I just want this feeling to stop" shows up constantly, and it's an exit, not a direction, which changes how a session should actually go.

One last thing

About the four Your Story pieces

Four of the thirty are left open on purpose. They are the ones where you are telling something true about your own road, and those only work in your words. Writing them for you would put a memory in your mouth that is not yours.

Under each of those four is the question it answers. When you have a spare few minutes, talk each answer straight into the camera. A few sentences is plenty, and honest beats polished on these.

The other twenty six are ready to film now and do not wait on this.
