30 Days of Instagram

August 10 to September 8, 2026 · prepared for Dr. Pollyanna Chávez

Thirty pieces, one a day, all filmed on your phone. Batch-film in sittings of a week at a time, it takes about an hour each.

How to run each one. Say the hook word for word, straight into the lens, it is written to stop the scroll in the first three seconds. The script underneath is a through-line, not a teleprompter: read it twice, then say it in your own words. Close with the ending line as written, and post the caption as written. Keep each one to roughly 30 to 45 seconds. The Position pieces can breathe longer.

Eight of these are marked YOUR STORY. See the note at the end. Nothing complicated, and they can wait until you are back.

Nobody becomes reliable at this by studying more. They become reliable by running more sessions.

Script

Theory teaches you what should work. Reps teach you what actually does, with an actual person, on an actual day when nothing goes the way the textbook described it. A coach with fifty sessions under real conditions will often outperform one with five hundred hours of study and no live reps to test any of it against. Knowledge tells you the shape of the map. Reps are the only thing that teaches you to read the terrain.

Ending

Send this to a coach who's been studying more instead of running more sessions.

Caption

Reps teach what theory never can. If you've been chasing better training instead of more live sessions, this is for the coach still building session confidence one real client at a time.

A session goes sideways. The client says something you didn't prepare for. What happens next separates two kinds of coaches.

Script

One freezes, reaches for the nearest familiar question, and the session limps along on autopilot. The other treats the sideways moment as the actual work starting, because a session that goes exactly as expected rarely produces anything new. The freeze isn't a character flaw. It's what happens when a coach has no plan for the moment the plan stops working.

Ending

Send this to a coach who's felt that exact freeze mid session.

Caption

Every coach has had a session go somewhere the plan didn't cover. This one's for anyone who's frozen mid session with a difficult client and wondered what to do next.

The best people in this field aren't running more technique than everyone else.

Script

They're running less of it, aimed with more precision at exactly what the moment calls for. That's the real difference mastery makes, not more tools, better aim with the ones already in hand. There are more than ninety people in our classes right now working on exactly that distinction, not collecting more methods, learning to aim the ones they already have.

Ending

Send this to a coach who's been collecting technique instead of sharpening aim.

Caption

Mastery in this work isn't about collecting more techniques, it's about aiming the ones you already have with more precision. This is for coaches further along who are ready to sharpen, not stack.

Most breakthroughs in a session are gone within seventy two hours. Almost nobody accounts for that.

Script

A client leaves feeling lighter, clearer, different, and by the following week they're back where they started, sometimes without even noticing the round trip. The fade isn't the client's failure to commit. It's a sign the session produced a feeling without producing a structure sturdy enough to survive an ordinary week. Feeling different for an hour and being different a month later are two separate outcomes.

Ending

Send this to a coach whose clients keep circling back to the same issue.

Caption

A breakthrough that fades by the following week isn't a failed breakthrough, it's one with nothing built underneath it. For the coach whose client results keep slipping instead of sticking.

When did you stop thinking of this work as intuition and start thinking of it as structure?

Sunday 8/16Attract
Hook

Is your client moving toward something, or just moving away from the pain they walked in with?

Script

Those are two different directions, and they produce two very different sessions. Away motivation gets a client out of crisis fast. It rarely gets them anywhere specific once the crisis has passed, because there was never a destination, only an exit. Toward motivation is slower to access and far more durable, because it gives the nervous system somewhere to go instead of just somewhere to leave.

Ending

Send this to a coach whose client keeps escaping problems without arriving anywhere.

Away motivation gets a client out of crisis fast. Toward motivation is what actually gives a session direction. Worth thinking about the next time a client's motivation type shapes your whole session.

Week 2

Monday 8/17Attract

Watch two coaches run the same technique and you'll see two completely different levels of skill, even though the words are identical.

Script

One is following a script. The other is reading the moment and adjusting the script in real time without the client ever noticing the shift. That second version is what mastery actually looks like, and it has almost nothing to do with which technique either coach chose. It's the difference between running a method and knowing exactly why you're running it, right now, with this specific person.

Ending

Send this to a coach who's ready to stop just running the script.

Caption

The difference between running a technique and mastering one shows up the moment a session stops going to plan. This is for the coach ready to read the room instead of just running the script.

Wednesday 8/19Attract

Another certificate will not fix the thing that's actually bothering you about your sessions.

Script

If your results feel inconsistent, the honest problem usually isn't a knowledge gap a new course could close. It's a gap between what you know and what you trust yourself to do with it live, in front of a real person, when the session doesn't cooperate. No certificate has ever built that trust. Only sessions do, one at a time, including the ones that go badly.

Ending

Send this to a coach eyeing another certification instead of more live reps.

Thursday 8/20Position
Hook

A certificate tells you what someone completed. It doesn't tell you what happens when they're sitting with an actual client.

Script

I've watched people with a wall of certifications freeze the moment a session doesn't go the way the textbook said it would. Confidence doesn't come from the paper. It comes from having done the thing enough times, in enough different situations, that nothing about a session surprises you anymore. That's closer to what a client is paying for when they fly me out to work with them directly, not another certificate, the absence of hesitation when it matters most.

Ending

Send this to a coach who has the certificates and still feels the freeze.

Caption

Certifications document what you finished. They don't build the confidence that shows up when a session doesn't go the way you planned. That gap is more common in this field than most people admit.

Three things determine whether a coaching practice pays well, and technique isn't one of them.

Script

It's whether clients get results specific enough to talk about. It's whether the coach trusts their own pricing enough to state it without flinching. And it's whether the work is distinct enough that a client can't just get the same thing somewhere cheaper. None of those three depend on knowing more techniques. All three depend on direction, and on believing the work is worth what it costs.

Ending

Send this to a coach who's undercharging for work that gets real results.

The question this one answers

What's the most expensive mistake you made with a client before you knew better?

Sunday 8/23Attract
Hook

A client asks if this will work for them specifically, not just in general. Most coaches don't have a real answer.

Script

They have a technique that's worked before, on someone else, in different circumstances, and they're hoping it transfers. A result on demand means something different: knowing, before the session starts, what needs to happen for this exact person, and being able to produce it reliably instead of hoping the method generalizes. That reliability is rare.

Ending

Send this to a coach who's tired of hoping their method transfers.

A result you can produce on demand is different from a result you got once and hoped would repeat. This is for the coach ready to stop hoping their method transfers to every client.

What do you actually do the moment a client says something you have no prepared response for?

Script

Most coaches were never taught an answer to that question, so they improvise under pressure and call it intuition. There's a difference between improvising from panic and improvising from direction. One produces a session that limps to the finish line. The other treats the unprepared moment as exactly where the real work was always going to happen.

Ending

Send this to a coach who's never been taught what to do in that exact freeze.

This work isn't belief. It's mechanics, and treating it like belief is why so many sessions feel unpredictable.

Script

When a technique feels like it depends on faith, on the client buying into something intangible, that's usually a sign the underlying structure hasn't been made explicit yet. Mechanics can be taught, tested, and repeated. Belief can't. The coaches who get consistent results long term are the ones who found the structure underneath what looked, from the outside, like an unexplainable gift.

Ending

Send this to a coach who's been told results in this field come down to belief.

When a technique only seems to work if the client believes hard enough, that's usually a sign the structure underneath hasn't been made explicit yet. This is for the coach who wants mechanics they can repeat, not belief they have to hope for.

There are more than ninety people in our classes right now, and none of them are there because they need another certificate.

Script

A certificate documents that you finished something. It doesn't tell you what happens when a session goes off script in front of a real person. That gap, between finishing a program and trusting yourself with an actual client, has nothing to do with paperwork. It's built through direct exposure to sessions that don't go the way anyone expected. No certificate replaces that.

A client running away from pain is like a driver checking the rearview mirror the entire trip. They'll avoid what's behind them and still never arrive anywhere.

Script

Away motivation keeps someone reactive to the last crisis instead of oriented toward the next destination. It's fast, it's urgent, and it burns out quickly because there's no actual place being driven toward. A session built on toward direction asks a completely different question, not what are we escaping, but where are we actually headed.

A coach signs up for their fourth certification this year, hoping this one finally fixes the inconsistency.

Script

Books and courses will teach you what a well run session should look like. A practice that pays isn't measured by how many people follow it.

Script

It's measured by whether the work is strong enough that people pay for it directly, in full, without a discount attached to convince them. It's just a more honest measure of whether work like this holds up than any follower count could ever be.

One last thing

About the eight Your Story pieces

Eight of the thirty are left open on purpose. They are the ones where you are telling something true about your own road rather than teaching, and those only work in your words. Writing them for you would put a memory in your mouth that is not yours.

Nothing complicated here. Under each of those eight is the question it answers. When you have a spare few minutes:

Option one, the fast way. Talk each answer straight into the camera. A few sentences is plenty. Honest beats polished on these, and they usually outperform anything scripted.

Option two, if you want it written first. Paste this whole document into Claude along with your answers, and ask it to write those eight pieces in your voice, matching the length and shape of the others here. Then read it back and change anything that does not sound like you.

Either way, the other twenty two are ready to film now and do not wait on this.
